Orlando City x 4Topps Adirondack Chair Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. Sponsor
The Orlando City x 4Topps Adirondack Chair Sweepstakes is sponsored  and administered solely by 4Topps, Inc. (“Sponsor”). Orlando Sports Holdings, LLC (“Orlando City Soccer Club”) and Orlando Pride, LLC (“Orlando Pride”) are not administrators or operators of this Sweepstakes. The Orlando City Soccer Club and Orlando Pride name and trademarks are used with permission for promotional purposes only.

2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, Orlando City Soccer Club, Orlando Pride, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on the 7/23/26 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on November 30, 2026.

4. How to Enter
During the Entry Period, eligible participants may enter by completing and submitting the registration form available at the 4Topps website.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries submitted by the same individual may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
• Two (2) AIRdirondack Chairs

Approximate Retail Value $658

No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

The drawing will take place on or about December 1, 2026.

The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided during registration. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within five (5) days, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's and Orlando City Soccer Club’s use of the winner's name, likeness, city/state of residence, and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Orlando City Soccer Club, Orlando Pride, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize. Orlando City Soccer Club and Orlando Pride are not responsible for the administration of this Sweepstakes or for the fulfillment, delivery, or provision of any prize. All prize-related inquires shall be directed to Sponsor

11. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
