LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
Effective Date: 10/1/2025
Applies To: All 4Topps Seating branded products purchased directly from 4Topps Seating or an authorized distributor.
1. LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE
4Topps Seating warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use for the periods outlined below:
Mesh Components
Three (3) years from date of shipment.
Aluminum Frames & Structural Components
Five (5) years from date of shipment, pro-rated after Year Two.
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
2. WHAT IS COVERED
This Limited Warranty covers:

- Manufacturing defects in materials
- Manufacturing defects in workmanship
- Structural failure due solely to manufacturing defect
Coverage is limited to the replacement of the defective component only.

This Limited Warranty does NOT cover:

- Normal wear and tear
- Fading, discoloration, or aesthetic changes due to UV exposure
- Cosmetic imperfections not affecting structural performance
- Damage from misuse, abuse, vandalism, negligence, or alteration
- Improper installation or unauthorized modification
- Commercial overloading beyond rated capacity
- Acts of nature (including wind, hail, flooding, storms, or extreme weather)
- Labor costs for removal or reinstallation
- Freight or shipping costs unless pre-approved in writing
- Products installed in marine, salt-air, or chemically corrosive environments unless otherwise specified in writing
- Third-party materials or accessories
4Topps Seating reserves sole discretion in determining whether a defect exists.
4. PRO-RATED STRUCTURAL COVERAGE (FRAMES)
Years 1–2:
100% replacement of defective structural component (material only).
Years 3–5:
Replacement provided at the following cost-sharing schedule:

- Year 3: 75% covered by 4Topps
- Year 4: 50% covered by 4Topps
- Year 5: 25% covered by 4Topps
Customer is responsible for shipping and labor unless otherwise approved.
5. EXCLUSIVE REMEDY
The sole and exclusive remedy under this Limited Warranty shall be:

- Repair of the defective component, OR
- Replacement of the defective component, OR
- Issuance of a credit equal to the original component purchase price
Under no circumstances shall 4Topps Seating be liable for:
- Incidental damages
- Consequential damages
- Lost revenue
- Lost profits
- Business interruption
- Installation or removal costs
Liability shall never exceed the original purchase price of the defective component.

- Provide proof of purchase
- Submit photographs of the alleged defect
- Provide installation documentation if requested
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of discovery of the issue.
4Topps Seating reserves the right to inspect the product prior to approval.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
7. MESH RENEWAL PROGRAM (OPTIONAL)
4Topps Seating offers a voluntary Mesh Renewal Program, allowing customers to purchase replacement mesh components at preferred pricing.
This program is not a warranty and does not create future service obligations.
8. DISCLAIMER
Except as expressly stated herein, 4Topps Seating makes no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
