The chairs are returnable within 30 days. However, we ask that they still be in good condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping is available for 2-3 day delivery.

If something breaks, we typically we replace the specific part. Reach out to shophelp@4topps.com for more information.

If returning, the original packaging is preferred but not required. We do at least request that the chairs be safely packaged.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural issues under normal residential use.

Currently all products have two frame finishes and five mesh colors allowing for 10 color combinations. We're always reevaluating future colors, email us what you think you'd like to see next!

Only the AIRdirondacks are stackable up to about 4 high, none of the other products are.

The arms are powder coated, and the mesh is an outdoor rated fabric which makes it fade-resistant. They do not get excessively warm in the summer.

With the headrest, the AIRdirondack is 23"w x 35"h and weight 25lbs. The AIRChair is 22"w x 33.9"h.
