4Topps Air Chair Return Policy

At 4Topps, we value excellence in our product craftsmanship and design. Customer satisfaction remains our top focus, and we aim to ensure a hassle-free return experience. Review our return guidelines below and contact us with any questions.

Should you feel unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out via email to shophelp@4topps.com within 30 days of order receipt. We will work to resolve your concerns and present these options:

  1. Quality-Related Replacements: For items showing quality defects, we will supply a complimentary return label. Email us at shophelp@4topps.com with photographs documenting the defect.
  2. Non-Quality Related Returns: For returns unrelated to quality issues, return shipping costs fall to the customer (examples: personal preference, expectations unmet, change of mind, etc.). While initial delivery costs are covered by us, each chair carries a $49 restocking charge. This fee applies when items show signs of use, have been assembled, taken apart post-assembly, lack components, or return without original packaging. **Please note we cannot accept returns on assembled goods. They must be disassembled and repacked in their original packaging.

Refund Process: After we receive and examine your return, we'll send an email confirming approval or denial. Upon approval, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 days. Should you receive refund confirmation but not see the credit on your initial payment method within 5-7 business days, email us at shophelp@4topps.com.

Essential Information:

Please contact us before returning items. This helps us properly guide you through the return process and ensures optimal handling for everyone involved. Returns qualify only when items remain in original condition, unused and unworn, with tags attached and original packaging intact. Proof of purchase or receipt must accompany returns.

We suggest keeping your original shipping container for returns. If original packaging is unavailable, notify us when submitting your Return Notification through the Customer Service. Direct any questions or concerns to shophelp@4topps.com.

All returns must utilize UPS shipping. We cannot accept returns sent through alternative carriers.
