What if I'm not satisfied with the chair?

The chairs are returnable within 30 days. However, we ask that they still be in good condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural issues under normal residential use.

What’s not covered under the warranty?

Normal wear, misuse, improper assembly, and commercial use. For a complete list visit: shop.4topps.com/pages/warranty..

What happens if something breaks?

If something breaks, we typically we replace the specific part. Reach out to shophelp@4topps.com for more information.

Do I need the original packaging for returning?

If returning, the original packaging is preferred but not required. We do at least request that the chairs be safely packaged.
